At Alternate Health and Support Services LLC, we are planning to offer a broad range of care and support services to fill the gap nursing staffing needs of client organizations providing services to seniors and people with disabilities at facility or who wish to remain in their own home and community. Our services will be provided by licensed, trained, and insured caregivers who are truly passionate about what they do.

Services Offered
We offer the following services:
- Nursing and Support Services
Whether the patient/clients are recovering from surgery or just need extra assistance at facility or at home, our caring and experienced staff will/can care for them in the comfort of their own place and community. We will serve at the place client organization deployed us. Our goal is to fulfill both client organizations’ and the services recipient persons’ satisfaction - Training Services
- On clients’ health: Health Care Plan and Health Passport
- Staff training on documentation and reporting
- American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross CPR and First Aid
- Teaching as an instructor for home health aide and certified nursing assistants training at schools
- Provide basic computer and health care software training for the staff—Therap Electronic Health Record,MS Office, and the Internet.
- Other Services
- We provide medical record review(audit) and mock survey services for group homes.
- We provide nursing consulting for community nursing settings
- We also provide support for organization and individuals in developing nursing plan of care and person centered safety and health protocols
- Staffing Services
We are a valuable resource for group homes, host homes, and other similar health care facilities requiring temporary, extended, and/or immediate health care staffing.
Alternate Health and Support Services LLC offers its services at an hourly rate or depending on the completion of the contract agreed upon.
